Whilst the face is in motion the lines that appear are known as dynamic wrinkles, however repeated movement over time forms deeper lines and folds known as static wrinkles. The product we use is a modified form of a naturally occurring substance which blocks the signals between your facial nerves and these superficial muscles, which ultimately allows the skin to relax.

Which areas can be treated?
The most common treatment areas for wrinkle reduction are crow's feet (lines around the outer eyes), glabella (between the eyes) and the forehead. However, they can also be used to minimise the lines around the mouth, nose, smooth the chin, relax the jawline and neck bands and add life to the brow. Muscle relaxants can even be used to treat excessive sweating and jaw grinding.
Does the treatment hurt?
Antiwrinkle injections are delivered through a very fine needle just under the skin or into a muscle. While most clients find the discomfort minimal and short lived, ice and local anaesthetic numbing cream can help reduce any discomfort.
Are anti-wrinkle injections safe?

Should I expect any side effects?
The most common side effects of fillers are bruising, infection and allergic reaction. There can be significant complications if the operator accidentally injects filler into blood vessels, the most common being potential skin loss.
Will my face be stiff/frozen after treatment?
Probably one of the biggest myths associated with anti-wrinkle injections is that you’ll end up with an unnatural result and an inability to create facial expressions. This couldn’t be further from the truth.

How often will I need treatment?
The effect generally lasts three to four months, although with regular treatments it may be possible to increase the length of time between the dosage.
What should I expect post-treatment?
