We understand that from time to time it is necessary to cancel an appointment.

To assist in reminding you about your upcoming appointment we provide an SMS service. You will receive a message 48 hrs prior to your booked appointment to confirm the date and time.

Furthermore, we also follow up patients who have not confirmed back to the SMS message ensuring that you are made fully aware of your upcoming appointment.

In return for our effort to notify you, we require 48 hours notice in line with our SMS notification service if you decide to cancel your appointment. Late cancellations or non-attendance to appointments will incur a fee.

We do charge a cancellation fee for missed late cancellation and missed appointments as our doctors have considerable waiting lists. If you cancel in a timely manner we are then able to offer that appointment to another patient who may be waiting to see a Dermatologist sooner.
