Our team of pathologists are leaders in dermatopathology and have a strong and established reputation within the medical specialist community. Kossard is home to a dual-qualified Clinical Specialist Dermatologists and Dermatopathologists, a Clinical Specialist Dermatologist in Dermatopathology, and several other senior Australian Dermatopathologists.

Kossard Dermatopathologists has invested heavily in the future of quality dermatopathology through:
- the presence of state-of-the-art, purpose-built dermatopathology laboratory.
- Installing advanced Information Technology and a new purpose-designed Laboratory Information System as well as a high-definition, high bandwidth videoconferencing facility.
- Building a comprehensive library of immunohistochemical and other special stains.
- Conducting daily case slide reviews with dermatopathologist and other histopathologist colleagues.
- Providing training and education to the current and next generation of practitioners in dermatology and pathology.
